After 18 years of working in culinary and hospitality — in kitchens, dining rooms, food labs, and every corner of the food and beverage industry — one thing became impossible to ignore. The most talented chefs, the most welcoming restaurant owners, and the most passionate food people in the world were the ones nobody knew about online. They were pouring everything into their craft — the sourcing, the recipes, the plating, the hospitality — and sharing almost none of it. Not because they didn't care about their online presence-But because nobody had ever shown them how, and they simply didn't have the time.

We started Family Meal Media to change that.
